Crown Oaks 2500m Group One
1 YANKEE ROSE (13)
Blake Shinn 55.5kg
David Vandyke
Australia's best 3YO filly with outstanding credentials for the Oaks. Had very successful Autumn in which she finished 2nd in G1 Golden Slipper (1200m) and 1st in G1 Sires Produce (1400m). Has returned even better with 2nd to Global Glamour in G1 Flight (1600m), 1st in G1 Spring Champion (2000m) and 3rd to Winx and Hartnell in G1 Cox Plate (2040m) at last 3 starts. Has to overcome outside barrier at tricky start but only has to maintain form to be winning.
2 MISSROCK (3)
Hugh Bowman 55.5kg
Robbie Laing
Has been thereabouts all campaign. After unlucky 6th in G2 Tranquil Star (1400m) finished  average 7th to Global Glamour in G1 Thousand Guineas (1600m) and solid 3rd to Tiamo Grace in G2 Wakeful (2000m) last Saturday. Had every chance there and has to see-out another 500m but Hugh Bowman and an inside barrier are positives so she should be thereabouts again.
3 SEBRING DREAM (14)
James McDonald 55.5kg
David & B Hayes & T Dabernig
Has not been far-away all preparation. Solid runs when 6th to Global Glamour in G1 Thousand Guineas (1600m) and 5th to Eleonora in G3 Ethereal (2000m) were followed by strong 2nd to Tiamo Grace in G2 Wakeful (2000m) last Saturday. Has to overcome a poor barrier but James McDonald stays with her and she is not without a chance if Yankee Rose is off her game.
4 MOQUEEN (5)
Jason Collett 55.5kg
Anthony Cummings
Convincing winner of Listed Dulcify (1600m) at Randwick before battled-on well for 4th behind Eleonora in G3 Ethereal (2000m). Needs to find a little more on last run but drawn for good run and should cope with extra journey on breeding.
5 ELEONORA (10)
Damien Oliver 55.5kg
Murray Baker & Andrew Forsman
Won maiden on Geelong synthetic (1300m) at 1st Australian start which she followed with luckless 11th in G2 Edward Manifold (1600m). Returned to best form with strong win in G3 Ethereal (2000m). Tiamo Grace finished very unlucky 2nd there and confirmed strength of form with dominant win in Wakeful last Saturday. Has drawn awkwardly but definitely bred for extra journey and Damien Oliver stays with her.
6 SMART AS YOU THINK (15)
Jamie Mott 55.5kg
John McArdle
Improving filly with different form-lines. After close 2nd to Silvera in Listed Morphettville Guineas (1600m) finished strongly for 3rd in BM-78 (1600m) at Caulfield before defeating older mares in a F&M handicap (2040m) at Moonee Valley. Has to overcome outside barrier but she raced well at her only Flemington run and she keeps finding the line in a manner to suggest extra distance is no concern.
7 HARLOW GOLD (2)
Regan Bayliss (a) 55.5kg
David & B Hayes & T Dabernig
Been racing well in stronger races. After impressive win from Rocketeer in 3YO handicap (1600m) at Caulfield battled-on well for 5th to Global Glamour in G1 Thousand Guineas (1600m) and solid sixth to Sacred Elixir in G2 Vase (2040m). Was not disgraced there after coming-wide in sprint-home and just beaten by Prized Icon which won Victoria Derby. Takes-on fillies-only here, drawn for soft run and extra journey should not bother so expected to be in the finish.
8 BELLA SORELLASTRA (1)
Stephen Baster 55.5kg
Peter Morgan & Craig Widdison
Followed strong 2nd in G2 Edward Manifold (1600m) with 6th to Eleonora in G3 Ethereal (2000m) and 10th to Tiamo Grace in G2 Wakeful (2000m) last Saturday. Has been plagued by bad barriers this preparation but draws barrier 1 here. Out of Rory's Jester mare so definite distance-doubt but will receive very soft run this time and is a place chance at big odds.
9 PEEKING DUCK (11)
Craig Newitt 55.5kg
Trent Pennuto
Last-start winner of BM-64 (2035m) at Cranbourne but previous form not up to this standard.
10 LAMMA HILTON (7)
Glyn Schofield 55.5kg
Anthony Cummings
Beaten over 6L when 11th to Tiamo Grace in G2 Wakeful (2000m) last Saturday indicates she has to improve too much to be competitive here.
11 LASQUETI SPIRIT (9)
Brenton Avdulla 55.5kg
Lee Curtis
Last-start 4th of 7 in a Class 1 (2400m) at Kembla Grange is not good enough.
12 NINA PEAK (6)
Michael Dee (a) 55.5kg
Robbie Laing
Maiden with no credentials to be considering here.
13 MY GIRL CHILLY (8)
Dean Yendall 55.5kg
Jarrod McLean
Strong winner of Donald maiden (2000m) before 12th to Tiamo Grace in G2 Wakeful (2000m) last Saturday. Not the worst but has not done enough to suggest she will be competitive here.
14 RED VELVET SWING (4)
Ms Katelyn Mallyon 55.5kg
Danny O'Brien
Maiden after 8 runs and still will be after this race.
15 PENTHOUSE KITTEN (12)
Michael Walker 55.5kg
Francis Finnegan
Will run much closer to last than first.
