Caulfield, Race 3 - Brian Reckas Handicap (1:10)

Crafty Cop (3) has raced very well at his only two starts and he is a major chance in this open handicap for 2-Y-O over 1000m; at his first career start in March Crafty Cop lead all the way to easily win a 2-Y-O maiden at Warwick Farm (1100m) before he lead until the dying stages of the G3 Baillieu Handicap at Rosehill (1400m) and only subsequent Group winners Attention and Prized Icon ran him down. Crafty Cop is having his first start for four months but he showed great speed in a recent Rosehill barrier trial (900m) to easily defeat Defcon and with Dwayne Dunn to ride from barrier four Crafty Cop will take a lot of holding out. Kentucky Miss (8) resumed with an easy win in a 2-Y-O handicap at Wyong (1000m) carrying 59kg; Kentucky Miss' two wins have been on wet tracks but she ran well in the G2 Sweet Embrace at Randwick (1200m) and G2 Magic Night at Rosehill (1200m) on good tracks, she is undefeated in two starts over 1000m and she will only carry 54.5kg with Craig Williams to ride.

Caulfield, Race 5 - Helen Egan Handicap (2:25)

Bring A Rose (8) is an improving filly with a chance in this open handicap for 3-Y-O over 2000m; after two solid runs from a spell Bring A Rose stepped-up quickly in distance and she proved far too good for moderate opposition in a maiden on the Pakenham synthetic (2200m). Bring A Rose then stepped-up significantly in class and she finished well for fourth behind O'Lonera in a 3-Y-O handicap at Caulfield (2000m). Bring A Rose should be at her absolute peak now, Dwayne Dunn takes-over and she will be strong to the line. Hursley (1) has raced well in each of his four Melbourne runs; two starts back Hursley was too strong for Plymouth Road and O'Lonera in a 3-Y-O handicap at Caulfield (2000m) before he battled-on well for third to O'Lonera at Caulfield. Hursley has to lump 60kg again but he is drawn for a good run and Craig Williams stays with him. Palace Tycoon (6) ran his best race this preparation with a good second to O'Lonera at Caulfield at his last start; Palace Tycoon has drawn the outside barrier but he is back in form and he will only carry 52kg after the claim for Ben Thompson. Alamonteel (2) was a strong winner of a BM-70 for 3-Y-O at Morphettville Parks (1950m) carrying 59kg last Saturday; Alamonteel's three runs from a spell have been on wet tracks but she is effective on good tracks and she will only carry 54.5kg.

Caulfield, Race 7 - Bletchingly Stakes (3:45)

Mahuta (10) took all before him last preparation and he will be hard to beat in the WFA Bletchingly Stakes over 1200m if he returns in the same form; after four consecutive wins in the Spring Mahuta continued his amazing winning streak in the Magic Millions Guineas at the Gold Coast (1400m) and G2 Autumn Stakes at Caulfield (1400m) before he failed in the G1 Australian Guineas at Flemington (1600m). Mahuta is undefeated in two starts at Caulfield and Brad Rawiller has a great record on him. Fast 'n' Rocking (3) had no luck at his first run for eight weeks when sixth behind Wild Rain in the Monash Stakes at Caulfield (1100m); Fast 'n' Rocking has to overcome an outside barrier but he should receive clear running on this occasion, an expected strong tempo will suit and he has a good record over the course and distance. Odyssey Moon (11) faces his toughest test but he is racing most consistently and he deserves his chance at this level. Lord Of The Sky (4) and Charmed Harmony (5) will be right on the speed, they have very good Caulfield records and they have the ability to run well while Runway Star (12) is not without a chance.

Caulfield, Race 8 - Ladbrokes Odds Boost Handicap (4:25)

Wall Street Wolf (13) has raced very well at his two career starts and he is a good chance in this open handicap for 3-Y-O over 1400m; on-debut Wall Street Wolf started a $2.50 favourite in a 3-Y-O handicap at Flemington (1000m) and he was an unlucky and close third to Rich Charm and Lord Von Costa. Wall Street Wolf then annhilated an ordinary field in a 3-Y-O maiden on the Geelong synthetic (1200m). Wall Street Wolf steps-up to 1400m for the first time but he has been strong to the line in both starts, he is drawn for a good run, he will only carry 54kg and Dwayne Dunn rides. Mr Individual (1) returned to form at his last start when he was too strong in a 3-Y-O handicap at Caulfield (1400m); Mr Individual has to overcome a poor barrier, he meets a better field and he has to lump 58.5kg but he is a promising galloper proven over the course and distance. Prince Of Brooklyn (2), Divine Mr Artie (3)Makatiti (7) and Kinshachi (11) are racing most consistently and they are among several chances in a competitive race.
