With the Grand Opening of Eagle Farm delayed a week due to extreme weather conditions it was left to Koby Jennings to steal the show with four winners at Rosehill; after just missing-out on the favourite Legerity in the first race Jennings rode Ravi to victory in the second, King's Officer in the third, Kellyville Flyer in the fifth and Jennings completed his quartet of winners with So Willie in the seventh. Jennings is only seventeen years old and with his 2kg claim he is a jockey to follow, especially on the wet tracks over Winter. The Lightning Handicap from Eagle Farm last Saturday will be run at Doomben on Wednesday while the G1 Queensland Oaks and G2 QTC Cup will be added to the superb Stradbroke Handicap meeting at Eagle Farm on Saturday.
